Energy Plant - Dublin
This project involved the delivery of a full thermal insulation package for a large-scale energy installation in Dublin. Working in partnership with the client, we were responsible for insulating a network of 44 exhaust vessels along with the associated ductwork connecting generator engines to the main chimney system.
Food Production - Nottingham
This project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of an existing ducting insulation system at a food production facility in Nottingham. The existing insulation had deteriorated over time, reducing its effectiveness and impacting the overall efficiency of the ventilation system.
Water Treatment - Somerset
This project involved the installation of a thermal insulation system for key process areas within a water treatment facility in Somerset. Our team was tasked with insulating both the decant system and the filling loop, which are critical components in the treatment and handling of water on site.
Pipework Insulation - Wolverhampton
This project involved a full refurbishment of an existing pipework insulation system at a commercial facility in Wolverhampton. Our team was appointed to remove the existing insulation and associated boxing before installing a new trace heating system across the site’s pipework network.
Storage Tank Insulation - Doncaster
This project involved the installation of a high-performance insulation system for water storage tanks at a site in Doncaster. The works required a tailored approach to ensure each tank was insulated effectively while meeting the client’s specific aesthetic and operational requirements.
